There are four levels of Home Care Packages funded by the Australian Government. Each package is individually planned and coordinated to help older people continue living safely and independently in their own homes. Level 1 supports people with basic care needs, Level 2 supports people with low-level care needs, Level 3 supports people with intermediate care needs, and Level 4 supports people with high-level or complex care needs. Eligible packages may also include the Dementia Supplement for people living with dementia and the Veterans' Supplement for veterans with an accepted mental health condition.sdgfs

At Noel Nursing and Community Services, our experienced and friendly case managers develop a personalised care plan based on the needs identified by the ACAT team. Clients, family members and nominated contact persons are actively involved in developing the care plan to ensure the services provided align with the client's individual needs, preferences and goals. We proudly charge no basic daily fee and no exit fee if a client chooses another provider. Our management team is also available 24/7 to provide ongoing support and respond to any questions or concerns.
